I was having an issue with my gate opener and after discussing the problem with Aleko customer service rep Viktor, they sent out a replacement circuit board. Unfortunately, the gate still did not operate after replacing the board, so customer service reps discussed it and decided to send new limit controls. I replaced them and it still did not operate, I was very frustrated but Viktor and the support group kept responding and I was able to rewire one of the limit switches and the gate works great again.
