We purchased the AR900 a year ago but due to weather were not able to install until the summer. Initially the opener worked. I worked with customer service and troubleshot the issues. Rudy S was very helpful and thorough, we replaced the circuit board, tested the limit switches, and ensured proper power. Since we could not get the motor operational, we worked with Rudy to replace the AR900. Customer service with Aleko has been exceptional, we couldn’t be happier.
