I have not yet received the awnings that I ordered through Amazon, but writing this survey on behalf of Aleko customer support. I have called Aleko customer support for some specific questions about my order. I was answered by Tyler from Technical Support who gave me answers to all my inquiries. Tyler was very knowledgeable and very professional, it made me confident that I could do this project. Bravo Zulu to Tyler!
