My wife ordered an awning in August. The box was delivered broken open and upon examination to begin assembly at our weekend home I discovered the "small parts box" was missing. Knowing which awning I ordered what should have been included Aleko's customer service still would not send the mission pieces until I emailed pictures of the received parts. When, after sending the pictures and waiting an inordinate length of time, the parts box was sent, there was still one part missing: part N, according to the instruction booklet. After the third contact about this piece I was told they cannot provide this part without me sending another picture of th4e parts and offered to send me a copy of the "new" instruction booklet so I could identify the part once more. The email I received which promised that booklet did not have it and when I sent a reply to that no response came. It has now been 8 days without response. The customer service seems to be totally worthless,
I rated the company one star because zero was not an option.
