Gate opener - It hasn't worked since I opened it. I have spent hours and hours on the phone, emails, video taping and taking photos and they can't fix it. They have replaced parts a few times. It's taken months.
I do not want to spend anymore time on this but it is past the refund date. (I had it unopened during a reno for a few months). Now I am stuck either eating the money spent or continuing wasting my time connecting and disconnecting, trying and waiting. I'm exhausted and I can't get a response from supervisor or anyone. Ugh!!!
