I order an awning from Aleko. I was told it was currently un- available but I said I would wait. That was Sept 25,2019. I have not heard a word as to progress on this and Emails on the order to Aleko have gone un-answered and phone messages ignored. I want my money back and they keep ignoring me.
I want the product but their entire LACK of customer care with me has changed that. I would only recommend this company to an enemy I wanted to cause trouble for.
