I was looking at a product and I'm new to this company. I clicked on the chat, waited about 30 seconds, and I am probably exaggerating the time, I looked back and it said oops we missed you! send an email! It was not a very long time at all!! I guess I was the unfortunate customer to get an ADD customer service rep.!! I just wanted a couple of questions answered about something I wanted to purchase! Now I have to wait for an email? Everyone knows that an answer from an email takes at least 24hours! Thank you, I will move on now to the next company, until I find one with employees that are respectful and not impatient!
