ZERO COMMUNICATION since order. I have $2.5k that has been taken from my account and zero update as to when the order will be ready to pick up. It's been 5.5 weeks. I was told it would take 4. I've called 7 times left voice mails with no return calls. I've emailed via the web form and their direct email address with no responses. If I can spend 2.5k and get no customer service, what do you think that means for you? I'd steer clear. My experiences has been very bad so far.
