We bought a motorized awning. Took 8 hours to put up and we are good at stuff like this. Then it hung 32 inches instead of 24 max. Then when we went to open it a bolt came flying out.
We decided to return it. Worst customer service ever. Sent 3 emails , no response. Called 5 or 6 time. Finally got through and was told I had to pay shipping to send back then never sent the return sticker. I don’t think they had any intention of taking it back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! This is so Unfortunate we were so excited before it got here
