First I asked for install instructions. They sent me the wrong ones that had a longer rail. I moved my sidelight due to this and it did not need to be moved so now i have a hole in the side of the rig. The "correct" instructions came in Chinenglish and also had the incorrect dimensions. Fortunately I was smart enough to put together the pieces on the ground and adjust the rails as necessary. It was about 1/2" off on the overall Center to center. When i did get installed, the motor does not work. I have been going back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks with no resolution. I currently have a working manual shade but it is a workout. The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I understand having some delayed response with the current situation but come on!
