I e-mailed your 'customer service' to complain about the awning I purchased asking about a refund but never received a response!
The following are some of my comments: the awning assembly seemed to be a used, re-packaged product. I also found
-dented valence arm
-slightly bent main support bar (so I could not fit the bolt of one of the wall brackets)
- two large nuts are slightly rusted.
-several scratches on paint
Very disappointed; will not purchase Aleko products again.
