She offered $500 of full paid $770, after I declined it Lena concluded simply “0 refund,”she noted that I have not requested return. notwithstanding I clearly requested I want to remove from our house and return this squeaking fake product to the seller. Lena ignored my trade insurance which granted to me a full refund in such a scam (fraud) and right to return the goods. I believe both (Lena and fraudulent supplier) will be prosecuted and Alibaba will pay a damage for such a degrading and dishonest dealing with . Alibaba is platform to avoid in any case!
