I placed an order with them, realized that I had an extra item in my cart that I didn’t mean to buy and immediately put in a request to cancel it. 4 days later, the package is being shipped to me. I contacted them again and they said that there was nothing they could do. I am now expected to pay border fees for a package that I don’t want just to be able to return it or sell the items to get some money back. They ignored my cancellation request and now I’m being forced to pay. I am very unhappy with Alphalete.
