I have been trying to return a pair of leggings which honestly wouldn’t fit an 8 year old child! A standard response e-mail to my return enquiry said ‘we’re on it, but if you don’t hear in 5 days, contact us again’. 5 days later no response, another e-mail sent and another standard one received exactly the same as before. By the time they get ‘on it’ the 60 days to return will have expired and there’s no phone number to call, which now makes me very suspicious - who doesn’t have a customer service number on a legitimate website??
