I ordered their amplify shorts at the beginning of December when they launched and still have yet to receive them, or an explanation of why they haven't been sent. Tried to contact customer service with absolute radio silence on the other end, and now I can't even locate the email with the confirmation of purchase. The charge shows up on my credit card though. I see I'm not the only one with this problem but for such a big company it's very frustrating that they would ignore their customers and not resolve the issues. Now I'm out $70 for no reason, for something I will likely never receive.
