They sold me an item that was out of stock (I didn’t know at the time as it was still on their website). They sent shipping number & had me wait a month. I got no response from emailing support or social media. I finally went through my bank to try to get my money back. That’s when they responded to tell me it was out of stock. Currently in the process of getting a refund but it’s been a week now…
