Very poor customer service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to return an item and both times they’ve taken a long while to get back to me. I had to return 3 items, I did so over a month ago and I am still waiting to hear anything! I love their products but because of their customer service I won’t be shopping with them anymore. Also they’re shipments always take a while to get to you, which is understandable but I would expect a company that I have purchased a lot from to get back to me within a few days to a week… not take well over a month and still nothing …
