I bought a bunch of items during Black Friday. Maybe 8 items or so. The shirts didn't fit and the sandals were very uncomfortable. I never took off the tags, put everything back in the original packaging, and requested an exchange within 24 hours. I never expected to get such a hard time under these circumstances. They will not do anything at all. I've been fighting with them for 2 months. An online retailer that won't do size exchanges? Even in the original packing with tags attached? Total trash company. Shop at Legends instead. Better clothes and better service.
