Nope nope nope. Ordered their Black Friday sale & they never shipped an item. Months later I wrote them and they were like “my bad, here’s a 15% off coupon and we’ll refund you the item” - like they would never have even refunded me if I didn’t tell them months later. The item I bought was like 70% off so why would I use a 15% off code to replace it? And only got more items bc I wanted free shipping & the one item meant a lot to me so I figure why not? Swore I would never use them again but then they got me with their anniversary sale. Same exact thing happened. I noticed and wrote them early and they offered another generic response and 15% off. Don’t bother shopping with them. You never know if you’ll actually get what you order & they won’t notify you if your items are out of stock. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve had in awhile… which is weird, given they’re an online only store? Imagine if they can’t get their inventory and customer service issues under control they won’t be around long. I’m seeing lots of people trashing them for the same problem
