I have purchased many alphalete leggings. My newest pair, the butt scrunch busted. I did not wear these pair as much as the other pairs I own. I contacted customer service in hopes for just a replacement. They sent me a e gift card for 1/2 the price of my leggings. I was outside of the 90 day warranty by 20 days to be fair, but also you’re charging top dollar for these leggings. They should last longer than 3 months….. Customer service was speedy and pleasant but I wish they were a little more forgiving. I’m very sad to have to leave as a customer but there’s too many similar products in the market to have such expensive price tags for unpredictable quality. Had they replaced them, I would have considered more purchases in the future. Just glad these didn’t pop mid deadlift or squat.
