I ordered a couple of expensive items that didn't arrive. I was asked to chase the delivery company myself!!!
It was clear that the parcel company were not going to deliver my parcel but AlpineTrek said they couldn't send a replacement or refund me as the parcel tracking information was saying "in transit". It was in transit for over 3 weeks!
Unfortunately, if you look at EVRi reviews, a lot of items go "missing"
I eventually managed to get hold of the parcel company and they informed me the parcel was missing and I would need to contact AlpineTrek for a refund.
I've forwarded this information onto AlpineTrek and they haven't replied.
It's been 5 wks since the order date. I am having to chase a refund through PayPal. I would advise anyone not to use this company. If you do, pay through a 3rd party to ensure you get refunds if items don't arrive.
