I returned a pair of approach shoes as they were too small. I sent the parcel on 11th September with it arriving in Bury St Edmunds on the 14th at the uk depot. Almost six weeks later I still await a refund. I contacted Alpine Trek by email and got the same excuses already mentioned here. I lost the postal receipt,but Royal Mail tracking shows parcel received. What do they think I sent them ?
Needless to say my refund is lost in space somewhere. Never again!
