Alpinetrek are absolutey terrible when it comes to any important or useful correspondence regarding the status of your orders, delivery and returned items. I have been chasing them for over 3/4 weeks regarding my returned items and status of my refund. I'm yet to hear back and all lines of communication are met with either automated emails or voicemail messages to deter customers. This experiences has put me off from using this company in the future.
