I am very unhappy with the service I received concerning our PPC's. I was never updated about the progress and every time i send an email it was the same reply.
Apparently the department of records at the police stations's scanner broke down. How long does it take to repair it? If i didn't make contact with Apostil they would have never came back to me. I paid a really big amount and if this problem isn't sorted out quickly I want a refund! And will then use another company.
