When I say I work from home on a Monday and you say pick up of wrong order is a Monday - I expect you to arrive on a MONDAY the one we arranged- not me ring at 1pm on the pre arranged MONDAY and be told that’s organised for TUESDAY- LEARN HOW TO READ A CALENDAR FFS.
