Purchased a dryer in July this year, it stopped working after approx 6 weeks. Had only used about 6 times?? requested a replacement but was told they only replace if within 14 days. Then had to make a warranty claim through a third party. Waited several days for technician to inspect the dryer and he confirmed a faulty control board. He requested a replacement instead of repair but was denied by third party (Tempo) Further phone call to Appliances Online who again flicked pass to third party. And you can guess how much fun it was communicating with off shore call centre. Seller should be responsible when selling poor quality product?? If you purchase from Appliances online hopefully nothing goes wrong. Now 6 weeks without a dryer we purchased new.
