We got a washing machine installed, guy never brought any tools or spanner’s to tighten the water pipe, so leaking everywhere after the man’s left.
He text me asking to turn the tap off and never returned. Told me I should go to Bunnings to get plumber tape. Spoke to a plumber and he’s told me he’s installed it a hot water pipe and not the cold like it should be
Joke of a customer service!
