I purchased a washing machine for next day delivery. The delivery was scheduled for a delivery time between 10:10am-12:10 the driver arrived early with no notice I then received a notice that the item was taken back and I had to reschedule I did this and took the following Monday off work and no delivery came I was told I had to wait for the following day, so I waited again I was told 8am delivery and it showed up at 11:30 damaged. After all this I spoke to 2 very rude people on the phone saying they could only offer a 20% refund on the damaged item or they take it back and I have to take yet another day off work to wait for another unit. This is wrong my time is worth more than this I have asked for management to call and haven’t received a phone call. 50% I would have been happy with as I have wasted 2 days.
