Innacurate techical advice and lazy customer service I purchased the product and installation in advance and waited two weeks for the technician to come install a rangehood. Once arrived, he quickly told me the distance between the stove and rangehood doesn't meet the regulation so he couldn't do it and offered to retrofit the kitchen for additional quote. I told him and the call team multiple times that our house is 15 years old and that these new rules don't apply. They wouldn't listen and were quick to reject and ignore me! When they finally sent me the regulation document, the required distance was 60cm which is what we have. So they wasted my time by not even botheting to check the doc and providing a wrong advice, which caused so much stress trying to convence someone who don't want to listen . They obviously have no legislation knowledge for their own products and don't want to take the time investigate or enquire. Lazy and frustrating customer service and technical team lacks knowledge and expertise.
