Ordered nearly £500 pounds of items and had to chase about 8 times to get them delivered. We were told lie after lie such as items broken in transit (twice!), left on the lorry, courier still has them. We were given about 5 different delivery days. Eventually 2 items arrived but after over a month of waiting we asked for a refund on the 3rd item. Dreadful customer service.
