We purchased the Reflex standing cloakroom vanity unit and less than 6 months since it was installed the unit has already started to split in various places. We called the customer service team who told us that the person who deals with these issues doesn’t take calls or make outbound calls, so we must email them. We sent emails and the response was that it was our fault as we hadn’t installed it correctly as we hadn’t used silicone when setting the sink on top of the unit despite the instructions not mentioning this. The unit has split at the top, but also in two further places at the bottom of the door so I’m not sure how silicone would have prevented this from happening, unless I was meant to paint the entire unit in silicone.
They are no longer responding to our emails, when you call they can't help and just take a message, but no one ever gets back to us. I would recommend you don’t use them and spend a bit more money with a more reputable supplier.
