Ordered a shower from them. Arrived a few days later but was faulty. An email was sent and Jordan promptly answered and promised a replacement during the same week. This arrived as he'd promised. The best way to judge a company is by how they deal with any issues and in this instance it was dealt with in a manner that did not inconvenience me. Almost forgot, excellent price!
