delivery arrived later than originally told.
Incorrect shower tray delivered as information was incorrect on the web site.
Another tray was purchased & extra had to be paid for swift delivery for plumbers on site. Returned original tray at my own cost, now no refund as damage claimed but no evidence. Other returns still not refunded. Transpires 1 pack is still missing to complete installation. No one answers fone . would not recommend at this point in time. PENDING
