If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I strongly advise avoiding Aqua Bliss at all costs. The bath I ordered arrived damaged, with a noticeable crack, and the company is refusing to take responsibility. Scott, a representative, was not only rude but also insinuated that I was being dishonest—a tactic that seems to be common based on other customer reviews.
This has been a truly appalling experience, and I will be taking legal action. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
