Awful customer service. Brought over £1600.00 worth of goods . An item worth £6 was missing. I had to jump through hoops to get them to send me one including sending photos to show I hadn't received it. The person I spoke to was insistent on this even though I pointed out I couldn't photograph something I didn't have. It took 8 phone calls and several e mails ( including a photo of my table with nothing on it ) to get the item sent. I am still trying to get the refund of £182.25 they also owe me. They have told by both phone and e mail this has been actioned 7 times now. Then when it hasn't appeared and I re-contact them , they apologise and say they will action it . I have been owed this since 26 June. I will say the delivery driver was extremely helpful , the items were well packed and arrived quickly and are very nice. However I would never use this company again or recommend them due to their appalling customer service.
