I ordered a shower tray which was faulty when I spoke to Aquabliss they were difficult and customer service was appalling! With perseverance a new tray was delivered but I was charged for the collection of the faulty tray. I have tried to resolve this on numerous occasions and even wrote to the company directors but never received a response. Yes the shower tray I have now is excellent but I had to fight for it! So be prepared if you do use this company!
