Purchased a shower tray, they sent the wrong one. They admitted they sent the wrong one but still wanted a photo. There is not a voice to this company, the stap line is sent an email send a photo. 3 weeks later we are still waiting for the wrong tray to be collected and a refund to be made, dispite emailing daily.
