We bought a toilet from this company, but after 18 months the seat began to crack badly. The toilet does not have heavy use, it is in a flat with 2 occupants who are there only half the time. I contacted the company and said that I felt we should have a replacement seat. They categorically refused. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Just look at all the other mostly terrible reviews.
