Shocking customer service, the staff talk over you on the phone dont reply to emails at all, they charged me £35 twice for a collection and a delivery. Also charged me £120 for a new screen when i asked to swap it. They then charged me £35 FOR A CARDBOARD BOX TELLING ME THE COLLECTION WAS UNSELLABLE CAUSE THE BOX WAS DAMAGED??
Avoid them, wouldnt buy from them again at all.
