I ordered a basin for my bathroom. The item arrived over a week later after chasing it and it was chipped(not in transit as the there would be the chipped glazing material in the packaging), obviously was used before and damaged before, but I thought I would keep it anyway and didn't report it. Eventually I decided to return the item as the there were signs of poor manufacturing, but now they are claiming I damaged the basin. They knew very well what they are sending to me and now claiming I made the damage and refuse to refund. STAY AWAY, it seems I'm not the only one with such experience.
