EVERYTHING....damaged goods, items missed, refunds not given, poor customer service - except Ann Marie - who it would appear is the only one that try's to help but cannot put you through to accounts, customer services or the management team when things go wrong! 4 unanswered emails to management team and MD.....3 weeks later and STILL trying to get sorted...this is detrimental to my business as have had to let MY Customer down.
