This is the worst online experience I have had. After constant phoning I was eventually told that my shower enclosure was damaged and was being returned from the courier to Aquabliss. It took 7 calls to find this out and I had stayed at home on 2 consecutive days as I had been assured that delivery was due. Customer Services never returned my calls. I have now only managed to get a refund via my credit card company despite numerous emails requesting a refund from Aquabliss. I wish I had read the reviews before using this company!
