I purchased the booty bands last year and body bands recently. I try to be consistent and feel slack if I do not use them. I do definitely feel the difference and it makes me feel good. I don't weight myself but notice subtle changes. I also like to bike ride. I even took the booty bands interstate when I stayed in a motel. Such perfect companions for me. Love them. Although I do not check the fb page often, the support on there is amazing and the comparison photos and inspiring.
