I am so happy with my new door anchor and Card Deck! I was a lucky winner from a competition and got to try this early. The door anchor is SO good. The ebook exercise guide shows you what to do, and the card decks contain even more exercises. It was so easy to install and the instructions are easy to follow. The quality is also excellent. Really sturdy. I was a bit worried that it might damage my door, but it didn't. My arms are burning from using with my body bands!
