I been using resistant bands for over 20 years... These bands are the Ferrari-of all bands.. Super comfortable, great resistance NO SLIP..having a hip replacement a few years ago due to over exercise I been always cautious of Squatting and lunges. These Arena bands gives me the confidence as they keep my body in perfect alignment..
