I own the booty & body cards as well as the body bands. I also subscribe to the app. I must say I love all of the products! The app is my favourite. I love doing the 10 mins beginners yoga before bedtime and I love doing the full body band workout. I am able to use my band anywhere to workout - the bedroom, living room while my daughters watch tv or in the kitchen as I am making dinner. I would like to see more yoga workouts!
