3 weeks in and really enjoying the app. I love how there are moving graphics to demonstrate the moves and being able to tick off each workout feels good. Having that tick box helps motivate me to get to the end. Already feeling stronger throughout my core, and I like that I can pop in a workout when suits me. Definitely worth the money.
