Booked service Mot and repair was told at service desk that the repair could not be done as too busy.Without the repair my vehicle would fail the Mot and as a result I would have to arrange recovery.I have now had to booked in with a local garage .What a shocking way to treat a loyal customer.
Very disappointed ex customer.
