I understand that during the Covid pandemic things have changed, but when you arrange to collect your car at a set time you would not expect to be waiting outside in the cold for 25 minutes for a member of staff to arrive.
I sent numerous emails which were never answered the videos that were sent to view the car were absolute rubbish, disjointed and a very low quality.
If I had not wanted the car, I would have walked away but rest assured I will never buy from Arnold Clark again.
