Visited the Burton upon Trent showroom yesterday to complete the purchase/part exchange on our new car. The consultant, Tony Ferocino, was highly efficient, courteous and conducted himself very professionally.
He didn't pester us when we arrived giving us the right time to look ourselves in our own time
Paperwork done with the minimum of fuss.
